Glycan / Glycoprotein analysis

General description

We provide support for many glycan and glycoprotein analysis workflows, including the project discussion, the mass spectrometry, and the data analysis.
Glycosylation is known as one of the most important and common post-translational modifications across all kingdoms and plays an essential role in nearly all aspects of biology. Examples of supported applications include the identification of glycoproteins (i.e., as indicators of diseases), the profiling of glycans in different type of treated samples, and the identification of N-glycans and of glycosylated peptides (i.e., N-linked glycosylation occupancy).

List of applications and services

FGCZ offers the following types of services for the analysis of glycans, glycopeptides and glycoproteins
