Interaction Proteomics

General description

Proteins seldom function in isolation but are embedded in protein networks. These networks are often highly dynamic and a direct reflection of a cells functional state. Probing a proteins social context can therefore be exceedingly informative and ultimately lead to a better understanding of its biology. Mass spectrometry-based solutions enable the examination of a protein’s functional context. The methods are unbiased, at a proteome-scale, and applicable to in vivo /ex vivo experiments.

We offer full packages service including project discussion, pilot preliminary experiments, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics data analysis.
Examples of interaction proteomics applications are affinity proteomics (pull-downs) and proximity labelling (i.e., BioID, TurboID, APEX).
